As Chief Executive Officer of Billeaud Companies, Steven plays an integral role in the company’s operations, growth and overall success. Steven has been involved in real estate and construction his entire career – giving him a great deal of experience and insight into many key aspects of the commercial real estate development industry. He is dedicated to fulfilling the vision of Billeaud Companies and ensuring the success of the company’s investments on behalf of shareholders, clients and all stakeholders in the business.

Jennifer Whitmore
Vice President of Real Estate Operations
Jennifer has been at Billeaud Companies for more than 26 years – during which time she has served in almost every capacity in the organization, including the position of Commercial Leasing Executive. Jennifer’s responsibilities include managing relationships with tenants, contractors and the commercial real estate community. In addition, she draws upon her vast experience to handle a growing list of properties throughout the Acadiana region.
Jennifer attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette as well as the Community Development Institute, gaining knowledge that has been vital to her success in the business development and real estate field. Jennifer served as the State Treasurer for Louisiana Ducks Unlimited in 2013 – and has also served on the Broussard Economic Development Committee. She is a long-time member of the Ducks Unlimited Lafayette Committee as well as the Krewe of Xanadu.
